BkSq’s Summer Street Parties and Sunday Marketplace Series is coming!

Kick-off Memorial Day Weekend at Bakery Square! Join us on Friday, May 25th from 5-8:30PM for BkSq’s BBQ & Craft Beer Festival.

Enjoy tasty BBQ delights from Table Magazine’s favorite local chefs, live music by Brennan Peirson & Coronado, BBQ games like corn hole with Green Light Wireless, and Bakery’s Craft Beer Garden for 21+ guests. Sample a diverse menu of craft beers for a $5 donation benefiting Bike Pgh!

Breweries featured in the Bakery’s Craft Beer Garden include: Yuengling, Brooklyn Brewery, Woodchuck Hard Cider, Southern Tier Brewing Company, Flying Dog, Brewery Ommegang, Duvel, Great Lakes, Magic Hat, Sierra Nevada, The Church Brew Works, Penn Brewery, Atwater Brewery, Samuel Smith, Lindemans, Rogue, Anchor Steam, 21st Amendment Brewery, Ithaca Beer Co., Harpoon Brewery, Boulder Beer, Avery Brewing, Lagunitas Brewing Company (Brought to you by Frank B. Fuhrer Wholesale)

The event is FREE & open to the public. 21+ Guests can sample all craft beers with a bracelet for a $5 donation to Bike Pgh. Additional tips welcome to support this great local organization! Parking is FREE in the BkSq Garage. This is a Rain or Shine event! The festival will be moved indoors if necessary. Free WiFi internet will be provided for guests by our sponsor Green Light Wireless, and vitaminwater will keep the the party hydrated.

BkSq is thrilled to have the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition-Pittsburgh back for their 2nd Annual TEALtini fundraiser on Thursday, April 12th!

NOCC’s TEALtini Cocktail Contest & Fundraiser  will feature the city’s hottest mixologists, craft beers, TEAL photo booth, music by DJ J. Malls, and I Made It! Market vendors to help raise funds and awareness for ovarian cancer. A special VIP Preview will feature a private performance by Pittsburgh’s own Joy Ike!

A children’s activity area is sure to please the kiddos, compliments of The Pittsburgh Irish Festival.

Vendors from Parlour Green, Bel Monili by l. marlane, Party Paper Scissors, Girlie Beads and the Pittsburgh Irish Festival will be selling Irish wares on-site so you can ‘Get Your GREEN On’ in preparation for St. Patrick’s Day!
